About Project
Landmark design, consisting of a two level post tension concrete podium and five levels of wood framed construction at the East Morrison bridgehead. Grand Belmont has 131 units and 6,400 square feet of ground floor retail.
The Portland Streetcar passes directly in front of the property with a stop a half block to the North, providing excellent transit access. The property boasts unobstructed views to the West overlooking the Morrison Bridge, the river, downtown and the west hills, and to the East with views of Mt Hood and Mt Tabor. Retail delivers high visibility space in one of Portland’s most exciting areas.
